Both, bring flair, fun, and limitless imagination to every session. They specialise in designing high-energy games, inflatable- air pitch challenges, and unforgettable party experiences that keep kids buzzing long after they’ve gone home.
Together, Tony and Chico lead a team of skilled, child-centred football coaches who deliver camps, 1-to-1 training, school sessions, and community events that blend fun, teamwork, and genuine football development.
Tony
Football Development Director - Happy Feetball
Tony has 20+ years Grassroots Football leadership in London, specialising in youth development, club administration, welfare, safeguarding, refereeing and talent identification. He served as President of Administration at FC Porto of London and held player, manager and welfare officer roles in different cycles inside the same club ecosystem. He later coached U18s and was Senior Coach + Vice-President at Sporting Club of London. His qualifications include FA referee, FA welfare officer, safeguarding, talent identification PFSA L1-L3, opposition analysis, performance analysis and advanced reporting, alongside L3 / L4 fitness, PT and athlete nutrition certifications. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Chico
Sport Development Director – Happy Feetball
Chico is a former professional footballer for SL Benfica (Portugal) and now serves as Sport Development Director and Welfare Officer. He specialises in football business, operational management, strategic planning, and player development, and delivers high-quality 1-to-1 coaching, including specialist goalkeeper training, with a proven track record of developing players of all ages and abilities.
He holds the FA Level 2 (UEFA C) qualification and is currently completing his UEFA B Licence. In addition to his football qualifications, Chico has over 10 years of experience as a PE Coach, giving him deep expertise in youth development, physical literacy, and curriculum-based sports delivery.
Chico’s professional background includes serving as Sporting Director & Welfare Officer, where he led organisational strategy, safeguarding, budget oversight, and external relations with partners, sponsors, and senior staff. He has also managed football clubs, guiding teams to cup finals, boosting commercial performance, and increasing attendance.
Alongside his football career, Chico is qualified in Business Administration and is finalising his BSc in Football Business, combining strong academic foundations with extensive practical experience to support sustainable club development and elite player progression.
